Summary and Explanation

The 4-Core Mismatch Repair, MMR Cell Line Microarray is an unstained ready-to-use microscope slide consisting of 4 - 1 mm cores of knockout mutations of the individual Mistmatch Repair genes MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2. These formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cell lines are assembled in array fashion to allow molecular pathology analysis and validation of reagents, orto be used as controls for Immunohistochemistry and/or in situhybridization (CISH and FISH) applications.

Five 4-core MMR Cell Line Microarray’s of 1 mm diameter each, mounted on Hydrophilic Plus Slides and provided in a plastic mailer. The reactive matrix above outlines the various cell lines used. Each slide comes with a “blank” core for easy orientation.
