Summary and Explanation
Cytokeratin 10 is a type I cytokeratin, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate fi lament (IF) proteins. It is expressed in the subprabasal cell layers of certain stratifi ed epithelia, notably epidermis, and is typically associated with Cytokeratin 1.
Cytokeratin 10 antibody is helpful in identif cation of more diff erentatiated squamous cell carcinomas.

Cytokeratin 10 antibody (CK10 antibody) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody derived from cell culture supernatant that is concentrated, dialyzed, filter sterilized and diluted in buffer pH 7.5, containing BSA and sodium azide as a preservative.
