The Artificial 3 tissue Gram Positive & Gram Negative Bacteria and Negative Control TMA is an unstained microscope slide consisting of oneartificially infected Gram Positive (Staphylococcus aureus) Rat Lung, one Gram Negative (Escherichia coli) Rat Lung and one Negative Human Lung tissues formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues, which helps with the analysis and validation of reagents, or to be used as controls for Immunohistochemistry and/or in situ hybridization (CISH and FISH) applications.
