Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges vary with the destination, weight and content, and are available upon request at order entry and are indicated on the invoice. Orders are normally shipped same day for next day delivery. Early A.M. and Saturday delivery are available upon request. 

* For international customers, please note that we do not take responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver’s end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Damage Liability 

Damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. The customer must note any damages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and submit a claim to the carrier within five days. Unless specified, all orders with a value of $2,500.00 USD will be ensured by the sender via 3rd party carrier.
